In depth

Verdict

EROS has had plenty of chances but his overall form is the best on offer, though he could have done without a 2lb rise for a narrow defeat at Warwick last month. Shutthegate has gone up 8lb for landing a similar contest at Chepstow just over three weeks ago but looks a danger while Investment Manager had been showing some promise until pulled up at Ffos Las and Blue Ribbon could also play a part. Keplerian made mistakes when fourth on his fencing bow at Leicester but will know more today.
