In depth

Verdict

Willie Mullins has won five of the last six and CASH BACK can continue the sequence. Twice runner-up at Autueil in 2017, he was returning from a long break when comfortably landing a Thurles maiden and, though this is tougher, there's plenty more to come. His stable companions Mister Blue Sky, who won a Wexford maiden before just touched off by Gallant John in a Listed contest at Naas, and Roll Again, who made a comfortable winning debut over timber at Down Royal, are also under consideration. Eclair De Beaufeu, a dual bumper winner in France, completed a double over timber when scoring here in January and looked like winning the County Hurdle at Cheltenham for much of the way before just headed and unseating his rider at the last. He's an obvious threat while All For Joy gained reward for consistency with a victory over a huge field at Naas.
