Verdict
Downpatrick handicap winner Trishknowsbest was engaged in the 3.07 back there yesterday. Berliet Express was out with the washing in the early stages at Gowran but came through strongly to win easily from today's rival Unlaoised, who also ran on from the rear. The winner doesn't always do it but would be difficult to beat in that kind of form. However, HARD TARGET (NAP) has improved markedly the last twice, finishing a close third in a Tramore handicap before finding 2m4f just beyond him at Clonmel where he was in the lead at this trip. He's on a winnable mark and Danny Mullins can steer him home.
