In depth

Verdict

Burnt Ash showed much-improved form when fourth at Navan and would have finished closer but for a last-flight mistake. Coulonces won three times on the Flat in France before joining Richard Newland where she finished a close second at Southwell before a poor run on softer going at Bangor. MANITOPARK AA, a prolific winner on the Flat in France, has started a short-priced favourite in each of her three starts for Willie Mullins but has been very disappointing. She made far too many mistakes at Navan last time but gets another chance here. Notalossla was well beaten into second at Gowran but the remainder were a long way behind so she has to be a real danger.
