Verdict

Olly Murphy is responsible for three of the seven runners in this finale but FRESH NEW DAWN looks the one to be on. He was third behind a couple of useful novices at Ffos Las in November when possibly finding 3m too far on the going. The Linksman ran easily his best race over hurdles when second to a subsequent winner at Bangor but Rajapur hasn’t been seen over hurdles since a close second at Hexham in June, though won over 1m6f on the Flat in November. Isis Blue looked in need of the run when fourth at Plumpton and is a likely improver.
