    Verdict

A moderate contest to get the evening underway, but course experience is a big plus here, so that brings Son Of A Gun into the equation. A winner here back in March, he will appreciate the fast ground and looks the one to beat. He holds All Bleevable on that run and also has plenty in hand over Mister Graham, who was behind him here last month and yet is a massive 25lbs better off with him. Time To Shine isn't faced with a stiff task on this introduction to hurdling along with Khayyam, who was very much an under achiever on the flat. Timmy Murphy is an interesting booking for the latter and is one to keep an eye on if the market speaks in his favour. The maiden Mishead has flattered only to deceive on more than one occasion, but if on a going day is capable of taking a hand at the business end.
