Verdict
Be Fair was still going well when falling six out in a valuable contest at Punchestown last month and looks worth another chance in a weaker contest today with the main threats looking to be Coolefind and Cantarinho. The last mentioned is a consistent performer in this grade and should be thereabouts again but may have to settle for minor honours. Montys Tag has been running well in point-to-points of late and again in a hunter chase but is likely to find at least one too good, while Full Irish is clearly not as good as he once was and looks best left out of calculations. Coolefind comes into this in good from and has solid claims but Be Fair may be too classy for his rivals and he gets the vote.
