Verdict
Charlie Egerton is three from seven with his runners here in recent season although his impressive record when Tony McCoy rides has taken a few knocks in the last couple of years. They're represented by CARRIBS LEAP, an Irish point winner from the family of Hi Cloy, and he impressed when justifying a short price in a Ludlow bumper. Frontier Spirit is an obvious threat with the yard going well and the third and fourth have won since to provide a further boost to the form but it may not be easy to concede 6lbs to a smart prospect. The penalties should certainly do for Occasionally Yours whilst the likes of L'Eldorado and Morcambe are probably best watched on this occasion although the latter's trainer does have a remarkable 56 per cent strike rate with 19 winners from 34 runners at the track in recent seasons.
