Verdict
Greensmith Lane makes his first start for new connections since being claimed out of Bernard Llewellyn's stable after completing a hat trick when winning a claiming hurdle at Plumpton and looks worth taking on with Scippit, who gets the vote over handicap debutante Summer Stock. The last mentioned showed improved form in a maiden hurdle over course and distance last week but faces no easy task in handicap-company here off a mark of 93. Buz Kiri has found one too good in each of his last two starts, latterly in a selling handicap over course and distance, and is entitled to be thereabouts again but we prefer the claims of Scippit. The son of Unfuwain lost no caste in defeat behind Fly Kicker in a better race than this at Wetherby last week and, if in the same mood again; he looks the one to be on. Irish Prince ran better at Uttoxeter last time and is worthy of a mention along with Jamie Osborne's Husky, although he has harshly been raised 5lbs for his recent course and distance second. Flaming Cheek looks to have plenty to do on his debut in this grade so we side with Scippit.
