Verdict

Though he does stay 3m, BETWEEN THE WATER’s best form is over shorter trips like this. He is pretty much guaranteed to run his race and can recoup Ludlow losses. Cillian's Well was well treated when winning at Worcester last month but is only 3lb higher and has decent claims again. Zolfo got his act together at Cartmel and the cheekpieces are left on while the Peter Bowen pair Equus Flight and Fateh are also worth considering.
