Verdict
Real Treasure was a shade fortunate to get off the mark over fences at the first time of asking at Fontwell. Kim Bailey's mare looked to playing second fiddle when leader State Benefit came down three out and was all out to hold on close home. She has a penalty to carry here and is taken on with BOTTMAN. Tim Vaughan's grey still has a little to learn about jumping fences but can be excused his latest third over a longer trip at Fakenham and won on soft ground over hurdles. Rith Bob won at Fontwell last month but then fell when favourite in a three-runner race at Wincanton and has been well beaten over hurdles since. She needs to bounce back while winning pointer Tullow Boy and Saphire Night return from a break and Penn Da Benn has shown nothing since returning from injury.
