Verdict
Ice Nelly won over C&D last month but couldn't follow up off this mark at Newbury next time. She may do better back on familiar territory but PIVOT BRIDGE is unlikely to get a better chance than this to get off the mark. Charlie Hills' colt has been put up 3lb for a recent second at Haydock but Matthew Lawson's claim is worth more than that and the three-year-old now has more options now he's proved he stays this far. C&D winner James Pollard only won an amateurs' race at Pontefract and has disappointed over hurdles since, while Spring Secret returns from a break and hasn't really been firing so far this season.
