        Verdict

        A high draw can be a big advantage here and, as such, Melania, who gained some just reward when winning at Wolverhampton last month, is fancied to cope with her 7lb penalty in this company. Bohola Flyer and Intriguing Glimpse head the list of alternatives, although Crewes Miss Isle is also worth a second look as she hails from a yard that have struck a rich vein of form lately and she is no forlorn hope on these terms. However, Melania has the slightly stronger profile and will be ideally suited to this trip. Her rider's 5lb claim will also go some way to easing her task at the weights and, she should go close from the best of the draw; especially with the conditions in her favour as well.
