Verdict
This is quite a modest maiden that can fall to Warden Complex, with Petite Rose and Nafferton Girl chosen as the major threats. Warden Complex ran a race full of promise on his debut at Leicester finishing a close third behind Michael Stoute's Almuraad. That event was back in September and he may have needed the outing when a modest third behind Ifteradh on the all-weather at Lingfield last month. Most of these can only boast moderate form so the newcomer Petite Rose must be given consideration, she hails from a top yard and this daughter of Turtle Island cost 75 thousand euros as a yearling, she will not have to be a world beater to win this and is given every respect. Nafferton Girl did show some ability when third in a Thirsk claimer and does have scope for improvement, but having easily eliminated most of these Warden Complex is expected to come out on top.
