Verdict
Wistman is a newcomer from an inform yard and must be respected but on this occasion we will turn to known form and plump for Rangoon, with Photofit the main danger. Amanda Perrett's colt makes a quick return to the racecourse having finished runner up to Bygone Days at Kempton recently. He looked in need of the outing on that occasion and will strip a lot fitter here today. Photofit ended last campaign with a promising second behind John Gosden's Enchanted Princess and looks set to go close here before possibly moving onto handicaps. Wistman is certainly the one to watch in the betting, as he is superbly bred by Woodman out of a Riverman mare, and is trained by the talented David Loder. Of the others Isaz is lightly raced for a four-year-old and could improve on what he has achieved so far, however Rangoon has a fitness edge on most of these and is given the nod.
