        Verdict

        Not a race that will take much winning and this looks a good opportunity for Vengeance to open his account with Academy Brief and Maystock the main dangers and Sea Of Happiness an interesting newcomer. The selection put up a promising debut effort when chasing home a useful sort in similar company at Windsor last month and meets nothing of that Caliber here so should take plenty of beating with the experience under his belt. Academy Brief stepped up on recent all-weather efforts when a fair third at Southwell last time but his overall form suggests that he could prove vulnerable to a progressive type. Maystock showed little on her recent debut but shaped as though the step up to this trip will suit while Sea Of Happiness represents an in-form yard and wouldn't need to be anything out of the ordinary to go close.
