Verdict

An uncompetitive event but connections of Rosarian won't be complaining as this presents a good opportunity for the six-year-old to resume winning ways. Victor Dartnall's charge was a convincing handicap winner at Wincanton in January and was then far from disgraced when third of a 5lb higher mark next time. Still relatively lightly raced over hurdles and therefore open to further improvement, the son of Fourstars Allstar should prove too classy back at this ordinary level. King Triton is a dour stayer who will relish the testing conditions but his overall form leaves him with something to find with the selection. Leader Supreme has shown little to date but looks best of the remainder in a poor contest.
