Verdict
A fair Hunter Chase to end the day and Torduff Express looks the likely winner. Paul Nicholls' charge is a useful performer at this level and took this race last year en route to both Cheltenham and Liverpool. He accounted for Real Value in this event last year and although he meets his rival on 7lbs worse terms, he is taken to follow up. Him Of Praise hasn't won for four years under rules and that doesn't look likely to change here, while neither Mr Dow Jones or winning pointer Dawn's Cognac look good enough.
