      Verdict

      Top Buck didn't achieve much when defeating professional loser High Cotton at Ascot, but he is open to improvement and should go well. However, the one to be with is Bicycle Thief, who was head and shoulders above these over timber. The ten-year old hasn't looked a natural over fences, but looks his easiest task to date and he should make no mistake. Stormy Skye has yet to convince over the larger obstacles, while both Tullons Lane and Red Blooded look to have too much on at this level. Whispering John could have chosen an easier race to start his chasing career, but he is from a powerful stable and is respected.
