Shiroccan Roll got up in the shadows of the post at Newton Abbot and the runner-up has gone close again since at that track. Itsonlyrocknroll goes well fresh while Ferrobin has tumbled down the ratings and gets cheekpieces for the first time today. VISION CLEAR has had a run on the Flat since a close-up second at Kempton. That latter effort was a much-improved performance and this track should suit Gary Moore’s gelding. Carntop never looked like getting involved on his return to action at Southwell but is better than that. Barman was engaged over fences at Uttoxeter yesterday.
