In depth
Verdict
Jupon Vert can land this race at the expense of Star Of Germany and Auditor. Jupon Vert does not win too many races but he handles fast ground adequately enough and in a dreadful contest, he can only be put forward to the most minimal of stakes. The Pipe¿s have made hay with plenty of winners in this grade in the past. Star Of Germany makes his chasing debut having struggled to get his head infront over the smaller obstacles. This wouldn't be the most difficult of assignments to get off the mark in. Simon Lewis' horses have been performing much better of late so Auditor cannot be discounted despite being some way out of the handicap. Dunkerron is a light of former years but acts on the ground. Tupac Amaru is respected from a shrewd yard. Hidden Talents is unproven on fast ground. Travello has lost his way badly. Melford was rated in three figures some time ago and did at least possess some ability. Past Heritage finally finished a race on his latest start. Not a race to have the mortgage on and Jupon Vert is put up as our token call.
