Verdict

BLUE SHARK has won twice for today’s conditional rider since stepping up in distance. This looks no tougher than his latest success at Newcastle despite a 6lb rise. Several found only one too good on their latest outings including Ma Belle Noire and Walkinthewoods though the less exposed Optimistic Belief finished closest to the winner when second at Chepstow and makes more appeal. Mr Jack posted a better effort here last time when dropped down to today’s grade.
