    In depth

    Verdict

Love Angel gets the vote over Fieldsofclover, Coppermalt and Glengarra. Tom O'Brien is having a terrific season, and his 3lb claim will come in very handy on Love Angel who bids to follow up his course win in a conditional jockeys' event nine days ago. That was a fair effort under topweight from the former Mark Johnston inmate, and in what is not a strong contest, he can follow up. Fieldsofclover has topweight but has solid overall form, and so he rates a big danger, while Coppermalt came good in a first-time visor at Plumpton but that was in selling company. Glengarra has an absence to overcome, and the market may sift out the wheat from the chaff regarding the rest. In what is a pretty uninspiring affair, we look to Love Angel as the answer.
