Verdict
EGO DES MOTTES, three times a winner on the Flat in France, has been waiting for the ground to ease and should have conditions to suit. He can probably go on to much better things and should make a successful debut for the champion trainer. Military Hill, four times a winner on the level, made a fair hurdling debut at Bellewstown and can only improve while Castle Canny ran an incredible race for a 100/1 chance when staying on strongly behind Star Adventure over 2m3f at Downpatrick. Godon Elliott's Three Is Company ran much better at Downpatrick last time and looks to be getting his act together.
