Twice successful at Grade 2 level over hurdles, including when beating the classy Aitmatov at Tipperary earlier in the month, this looks a straightforward task for Nina Carberry's mount DONNAS PALM to add to his eight career wins to date. Natural High has already won a bumper and been placed twice on the Flat at this venue but has a stiff task trying to concede 5lb to Noel Meade's gelding, though still makes more appeal than the largely frustrating Mubrook who hasn't raced since finishing down the field in a novices' handicap hurdle at Fairyhouse in April. Gusda has an even longer absence to overcome but has won a couple of times of timber though will surely find this trip too sharp after his lay-off, a remark that can also be applied to veteran staying chaser A New Story.
