In depth
Verdict
Coqolino, a winning point-to-pointer, started odds-on for a Gowran bumper in March but was well beaten into second though he's expected to do very much better over hurdles. Gordon Elliott also runs Foxhole, who was well beaten in a Punchestown bumper in April last year. LIEUTENANT COMMAND easily landed a Limerick bumper in December then performed with credit in a Grade 2 at Leopardstown. He's handed the vote as though Hammersmith has a fitness advantage he will need to improve.
