Verdict
The Very Man was engaged in the 4.45 here yesterday, where he would have been well supported on his bid for a four-timer. Whatever the outcome, he has weight to concede all-round here and JON SNOW can take advantage. Willie Mullins' charge improved with every run over hurdles last winter, culminating in victory over a big field in a Leopardstown maiden. He had a spin on the Flat at the Curragh a month ago and that should have put him spot-on for this. Rebel Gold was racing on good ground for the first time when gaining a surprise victory in a Limerick maiden and though Belfast Banter has yet to win over timber he ran very well behind Bentham at Bellewstown. Winning bumper Love The Melody has a lot to find on her two runs over hurdles.
