Verdict

HARVEST DANCER and Squall are the likeliest winners of this race whilst Madhaaq may be able to leave the form of her reappearance behind. Spa's Dancer and Mountrath have posted some fair runs in defeat but both are vulnerable to less exposed runners and are opposable. Harvest Dancer is unlikely to be much of a price having run well on both starts in above average maidens but he'll certainly deserve his position towards the head of the market as the form of his reappearance received a boost when the winner went on to finish a good second in a handicap at Newmarket over the weekend from a mark of 81. Squall wasn't terribly strong in the market on debut but shaped well in the Wood Ditton and merits respect as a result although those behind have done little for the form thus far. Madhaaq shaped with great promise in a maiden at the backend of last season and lost all chance (when a big price) on her return as she was slowly away and always tailed off with the blindfold removed late. She could be worth another chance, Osgood is another to have shown ability whilst newcomers to note include Give Your Verdict and Our Drama Queen but Harvest Dancer looks to be the one to beat.
