There are some interesting newcomers here including the two Richard Hannon runners Megasecret and Sunniva Duke but MONTMORENCY has shown decent form in two starts already and can put that experience to good use so is taken to open his account. Godolphin's runner has already shown a liking for cut in the ground so should not be inconvenienced by the underfoot conditions and he looks the one they all have to beat. Forward Feline has had more experience than anything else but is becoming exposed and of more interest may be Marcus Tregoning's Albaseet, who showed plenty of promise on his debut on soft ground at Sandown. Park Lane has to be considered with Barry Hills back among the winners but it is hard to get away from Montmorency, who gets the vote.
