        Verdict

        A reproduction of her superb run when a close fourth on the 1000 Guineas would surely make Dolores a good thing for this listed contest. Beaten only a length by Kazzia, Amanda Perrett's filly will bid to prove that effort no flash in the pan and should take all the beating. Shiny has over five lengths to find with Dolores on Newmarket running and there appears to be little hope of her reversing form so the main danger may well come from Russian Rhapsody. Michael Jarvis' filly will appreciate the trip and will not be inconvenienced by the expected overnight rain and with her yard in top form she looks most likely to give Dolores something to think about. Dusty Answer may well have her supporters but has plenty to find on the book, a comment that also applies to the fair sort Lady Lindsay.
