Verdict
Rahaf, a $90,000 colt trained by Mark Johnston will be fancied by many to make a winning debut. Well related to good winners in the States he is sure to be a warm order but might be worth opposing at the likely odds with Young Mr Grace. Tim Easterby's juvenile was green as grass on his debut at Ripon but shaped with plenty of promise and should improve. With his stable going well Young Mr Grace's previous racecourse experience could prove decisive. Piccatune won a claimer at Wolverhampton last time and whilst this is a step up in grade can't be ruled out, whilst Business Traveller, a 19,000 guineas newcomer by Titus Livius trained by Alan Swinbank would be interesting if there were some market interest. Pop The Auctioneer looks outclassed.
