Verdict
In this fillies' race, Oceancookie gets the call ahead of Mimiteh and Dune Melody. Oceancookie looked to have scope for further improvement when winning at Warwick on her seasonal return and can go well from a three-pound higher mark. Mimiteh also looked on the up when scoring at Brighton and might improve for an extra furlong too today. You'll have to forgive Polliwilline a couple of poor runs if supporting her following her Windsor win, while Daniella also has it prove now from her revised mark since winning. Dune Melody has run well in each of her last two races, including here, and is not ruled out as she deserves to win a race. Finally, Rochesis is another potential improver following a maiden win but the form does not amount to too much, and a return to her summer form of last year would give Saxon Lil a big chance, but she needs to find it quickly as recent efforts have been below par. Overall, then, the vote stays with Oceancookie.
