Verdict
La Pulga won over a longer trip at Hamilton and went close again off today’s higher mark at Pontefract last time. Vega Sicilia is a frustrating type and finished second yet again when beaten a length at York while Andaleep has a good strike rate but has done all his winning over shorter trips so far. ENTHRALLMENT (NAP) won a maiden for Dermot Weld when trained in Ireland and made a promising start for his new yard when fourth in a higher grade contest at Kempton on his reappearance. He’ll be sharper for that outing and can score off his current mark.
