        Verdict

        A few of these have become expensive to follow and there have to be reservations about getting heavily involved in a race of this nature. However, Cloud Dancer appeals as a likely type to come out on top today and the booking of Jamie Spencer for the ride aboard the four-year-old is enough to swing the vote in her favour. What A Dancer and Taranaki are other who should not be too far away and are ones to watch out for in the betting. However, Cloud Dancer acts well on fast ground and her latest outings have suggested that she will appreciate a drop back to this sort of trip. Sandy Lady and Captain Glinger are others who have proved to be hard to win with so this may be the day for Cloud Dancer to make her presence felt in this moderate company.
