        Verdict

        Raybaan was a little below par over 10f last time but had previously proved most consistent and is worth another chance over this more suitable trip. The Mark Tompkins-trained gelding will relish the fast ground is is still fairly treated so should go close in a difficult opener. Playback has claims on his Salisbury win but needs to improve off his current mark while Ring Of Destiny is not a certain stayer and both Gabor and Javelin step up in grade.
