Old News took advantage of a slide down the weights to win at Salisbury but carries 6lb extra today and IMPERIAL COMMAND is preferred. The latter made a winning start in handicaps with a victory in soft going at Haydock and will welcome any further rain with Oisin Murphy taking over the reins. Spanish Star went close on fast ground at Lingfield when finishing well ahead of Latent Heat and looks a threat while Buckingham and Sir Titan are back on winning marks if rediscovering their best.
