Verdict

A low draw is usually an advantage over 5f here on quick ground but that can be reversed if the going is soft. Twilight Calls will start in the middle of the pack having won a shade cosily at Newmarket earlier this month, though the runner-up did nothing for the form here on Tuesday. Whenthedealinsdone beat Isle Of Lismore and Rebel At Dawn on good to firm at Windsor but Bob Cowell’s charge had earlier won at Catterick, when beating Ehrmann, and at Newmarket on ground with some give. A PINT OF BEAR also beat Ehrmann at Catterick in May and then ran well against older horses at York. Still unexposed on Turf, Scott Dixon’s improver might be the answer to a tricky finale though Digital is worth a market check back over the minimum.
