In depth
Verdict
HIT THE SILK never figured in a premier handicap at Galway last time but still finished in front of Madam Seamstress. The former will be more at home in this lower grade having scored at Limerick earlier and can return to winning ways. Jim Bolger's filly has something to prove over the distance but Mokhalad won over a longer trip at Bellewstown last month having finished behind the selection earlier. Arabeska won a maiden over track and trip and has placed in a handicap subsequently while Ahlan Bil Zain ran below par last time but is not badly weighted on an earlier effort at the Curragh.
