Perfect Portrait was an odds-on chance for her reappearance here earlier this month but couldn't find extra in the closing stages though she had Time To Soar just behind. Doctor Nightingale will have found 7f too sharp on her return to action here and was going on strongly at the finish. Hey Whatever missed the break and could never get into contention on heavy going at Naas and looks certain to improve while Paris Review still looked green when attempting to make all over a mile here. PHASES OF VENUS made her debut at Dundalk where she was slowly away and didn't get the clearest of runs so gets the vote in a competitive maiden in which Skyquake and Letiza are others with chances.
