      WELLINGTON SQUARE is nominated to land this handicap; Stand Guard's winning sequence was brought to an end last time and while he may be in the handicappers grip now, he remains a danger while Saltagioo is a five time winner in Italy and market support for him should be noted. Wellington Square took longer than expected to get off the mark but now that he done so, he may be the type to wrack up a sequence of victories. 4lb higher for his latest victory may not be enough to prevent him achieving the hat-trick here. Stand Guard defied an aggregate rise of 17lb to score on his penultimate outing. He held every chance at Kempton but could not muster any more late on. Saltagioo has been given a chance by the handicapper and with the tongue tie re-applied, market support for this one who hails from an astute yard needs to be taken on-board. Wellington Square is selected to land it.
