In depth

Verdict

BARWELL BRIDGE can break his maiden tag at the fourth attempt here; Kaolak and More Tea Vicar are put forward for minor honours. A lack of early pace resulted in Barwell Bridge pulling keenly throughout. One place behind him on his second start was Kaolak who has not raced since then. Kaolak did miss the break in that event but Barwell Bridge raced rather green and looks a horse of more potential. More Tea Vicar has something to find on the ratings and should be more at home in handicap company. Indian Tonic was thought good enough to contest a top class sales race on her latest start. Not surprisingly she was not good enough there but the step up to one mile will suit. Barwell Bridge is given the vote to land it.
