    Verdict

BURJ MALINKA was far from disgraced when a fair sixth last time, but this course and distance winner is almost certain to be suited by this drop to the minimum trip over which he'd previously posted an excellent Doncaster third on seasonal reappearance. Nudged down 1lb by the handicapper, he should go close. Rory rates a threat off his unchanged mark and the fine Goldie servant - also a course and distance winner - continues to run his race on a consistent basis over sprint trips. Gustav Graves arrives on the back of a fair Yarmouth effort and Refuge is down to a nice mark for the Easterby team to exploit and is not ruled out.
