Verdict
Riverside Dancer is the pick ahead of Strike Force and Phinerine, with Lucky Bee and Howards Tipple worth a mention at least. This claimer should be well within the compass of Riverside Dancer judged on a somewhat unlucky run in similar company at Catterick six days ago. Kevin Ryan's filly reared up as the stalls opened, and in the circumstances did well to finish as close as she did. A look back at her juvenile form reveals that she beat subsequent winner Voodoo Moon at Ripon on one occasion, and a semblance of that ability would be good enough here. Strike Force seems better on the all-weather, but is capable at this level, while Phinerine also fares better on the sand but has been in good heart of late. Lucky Bee has gone right off the boil lately but is dangerous to dismiss entirely at this level, and Howards Tipple is dropped in class as well. Riverside Dancer is the pick on past form.
