Oeuf A La Neige gets a narrow vote over the likes of Currency, Walnut Grove and Throw The Dice. There are plenty in with a shout here, but Oeuf A La Neige seems to have a lot going for him here. Linda Perrett's gelding was racing from 5lb out of the handicap when a decent third over five furlongs here on his last start three weeks ago, with Throw The Dice a place behind in fourth. The fifth home that day, Racoon, has since given the form of that race a boost by scoring at Musselburgh, and back over his best trip and from his correct weight, Oeuf A La Neige is taken to advertise it further. Currency has not won since 2005, but has slipped down the weights and showed signs of a return to form when a close second in a Yarmouth claimer seven days ago. Walnut Grove had things to herself when making all at Carlisle recently, but has a 6lb penalty, and will find it hard to lead all the way this time, with Oeuf A La Neige the one to be on.
