In depth
Verdict
Mystic Man, Sawwaah and Saraaf are the three to consider here with Mystic Man getting the vote. Saraaf ran respectably behind Foolish Groom in a Haydock handicap last time and this represents a drop in class. He can go well at a good each way price and deserves to pick up a race before long. Another runner taking a drop in grade is Sawaah, trained by David Nicholls. He has been out of form recently but is more than capable of picking up a race like this. He too is taking a drop in grade, having finished last in a competitive Newbury handicap last time. However, it is impossible to oppose Mystic Man. He has been running well all season, and scored by five lengths from Miss Wizz in a similar contest at Ayr last time. He has won two of his last three starts and should be able to concede the weight here. Mystic Man is the selection.
