        Verdict

        The rejuvenated Majeste landed a double with last month’s victory over 1m1f at Carlisle but has yet to race over this far. Sosian also steps up in trip having finally opened his account after 20 attempts with a defeat of the re-opposing Seaborough at Redcar last time and an apprentice’s allowance negates a rise in the weights while Elite Icon sports a first-time visor as he drops down in trip. But the latter’s stablemate HILLGROVE ANGEL (NAP) makes most appeal in this. He was having only his second outing for Jim Goldie when scoring over 1m2f at Ayr recently and remains on a winning mark having tumbled down the weights in the past year.
