      Verdict

      Not a lot to go on of those of racecourse form. Pavement Gates looked to be on an upward curve and could well prove to be a bargain buy for the Brisbourne yard. Galaxy Quest has had a couple of chances to break the duck but struggled on her previous encounter with soft ground. Sporting Affair was sent out an unconsidered 25/1 shot on her first racecourse outing but as she is out of Ashkalani, better can be expected here.
