There was cut in the ground at Ripon last month when CUPID’S ARROW ended a long losing run. This looks no tougher despite a 3lb rise and Ruth Carr’s charge can go in again. Dancing Rave failed to cope with a rise in the weights last time having won at Thirsk before that but Inexes has been thereabouts recently off similar marks including a second over track and trip. Russian Realm posted a better effort at Thirsk on his latest start and Diamond Shower is worth a second glance on her handicap debut representing Richard Fahey’s yard.
