        Verdict

        If the ground turns soft then Mystical Ayr would have a great chance of getting back to winning ways at these weights, but at the time of writing it was plenty quick enough and that should be more suitable for SALEROSA, who can make it three wins from four starts. Ann Duffield's filly has scored at both Beverley and Ayr in the past month and has gone up just 6lbs for those successes. That should tell you that they were not great contests, but she is a filly in form and she is probably worth following in these lower grade contests while the ground is to her liking. Mystical Ayr has enjoyed all three of her wins at Ayr and is much better when there is cut in the ground. At present that is not the case but she is one to bear strongly in mind if it gets wet, especially from today's mark. Musical Maze appears to act on any ground and went well at Chester over a similar trip, so is respected, while Talk Of Saafend usually reserves her best for claiming company, though she has shaped well from higher marks in handicaps in the past. Salerosa is taken to score.
