Verdict
IVORY CHARM gave notice of an imminent victory when runner-up at Redcar and duly obliged on softer ground over this course and distance. She's been raised 6lb but that could prove lenient and a double looks on the cards. Ollivander has only slowly climbed the weights as his recent victories have been gained with little to spare. But there's every likelihood of further progress so he has to be on the short-list. My Boy Lewis ended his first campaign with a victory on soft ground at Doncaster and was racing in similar conditions when a good third at Carlisle so further rain would aid his cause but the maiden Fiction Writer ran his best race to date on quick ground at Nottingham.
